How does the online exchange office work?

• choose an account type: personal, business, or exchange office
• enter your email address
• enter a password and confirm the password (passwords must match)
• accept the terms and conditions
• enter the code from the image and click "save"

You will receive an activation link by email, and after clicking it your account will be active.

Log in to the exchange office using your email address as the username and your password.

You are now logged in :-)

In the client panel click "Your details" and fill in your personal data, and also add your bank accounts.

To top up your wallet, select:

• "wallet top-up"
• the currency or PLN account you want to top up
• the account from which you will make the deposit
• the amount you want to deposit

Then click "show transfer details", and the exchange office’s details for topping up your wallet will appear.

(We log in to our bank’s website, fill in the details, enter the amount to top up the wallet, and complete the transfer. The funds will appear in your wallet once we record the incoming payment to our account.)

To make a transaction, select:

• the number of your bank account to which our exchange office should send the currency or PLN after the transaction
• enter the amount of currency you are selling/buying
• Click "Confirm transaction" or wait for a rate that suits you and then confirm the transaction.
